Based on our experience working with entrepreneurs in Cameroon, we have developed a 2-step process - Business Innovation Training I and II. The method includes a group lectures and intensive one-on-one virtual coaching.
Business Innovation Training I
Fees: 50'000 CFA
In 16 sessions, our experts offer comprehensive group lectures and hands-on exercises covering business idea development, market research, pitching, finance, and customer relationship management.You can either join in-person or online.
Success in the program is achieved through diligent assignment submissions, active class participation, and culminates in delivering a polished final pitch.
Business Innovation Training II
(One-on-One Coaching)
Strictly by invitation
In six sessions, our coaches are testing together with the entrepreneur the potential of the business idea or improving their existing business. In two or more sessions with a field expert, the project is further fine-tuned .
Only the best business pitches from phase 1 are invited to join this program.
